MAINSTREAM MEASUREMENTS LTD ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS AS PART OF THEIR EXPANSION PROGRAM

Mainstream Measurements Ltd, leaders in open channel flow measurement are delighted to
announce the appointment of Dr Roger Fell and Tony Bannon, MBA as Non-Executive
Directors. The appointments have been made to provide continuity and expertise to the Board.

Dr Roger Fell is well known in the field of open channel flow measurement. A refugee from
the academic system Dr Fell went on to develop one of the most accurate and reliable
flowmeters in open channel flow. With a long and highly recognised career in signal
processing and control measurement he launched the Mainstream AV-flowmeter in the
early nineties. Dr Fell’s creativity and focus will drive the strategic direction of the business
in terms of new technologies. Roger Fell said “I’m motivated by the opportunity to be a part
of the team incorporating the latest technological advances into the next generation of Mainstream flowmeters!”

Tony Bannon MBA has had a long and prestigious career in the aerospace industry and
more recently went on to establish his own best in class procurement service for many of
the major Oil & Gas Companies. His company 80:20 was acquired by Peterson the World
Class Logistics provider. He brings to Mainstream skills in business and marketing strategy;
key account management and international business. Tony commented “I have done
consulting projects with Mainstream Measurements and am delighted to be able to share
my expertise with the team as they take the next steps towards expansion!”
